Melting Potatoes
These melting potatoes are crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, making them a perfect side dish for any meal.

melted

chicken broth

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C). Place the sliced potatoes in a single layer in a large baking dish.
Pour melted butter over the potatoes, and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Bake potatoes for 15 minutes, then flip and bake for another 15 minutes.
Remove dish from oven, pour chicken broth and sprinkle garlic over potatoes.
Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until tender and caramelized.
Notes
Serve hot, and enjoy your delicious melting potatoes as a side dish with grilled meat or roasted chicken.
