Preparation Steps

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until softened.
  • Pour in beef broth and heavy cream; bring to a simmer.
  • Return beef tips to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
