Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add beef tips and cook until browned on all sides.
Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until softened.
Pour in beef broth and heavy cream; bring to a simmer.
Return beef tips to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
