Preparation Steps
Dissolve Gelatin: In a large bowl, combine the gelatin packets with 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
Mix Cream and Mango: Add softened cream cheese and sugar to the gelatin mixture. Beat until smooth, then stir in mango puree.
Fold in Whipped Cream: Gently fold the whipped heavy cream into the mango mixture until well combined.
Pour into Crust: Transfer the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Chill to Set: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Decorate and Serve: Before serving, top with fresh mango slices and mint leaves, if desired. Enjoy chilled.
Notes
