  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • Toppings Optional
  • Fresh mango slices
  • Mint leaves

Preparation Steps

  • Dissolve Gelatin: In a large bowl, combine the gelatin packets with 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
  • Mix Cream and Mango: Add softened cream cheese and sugar to the gelatin mixture. Beat until smooth, then stir in mango puree.
  • Fold in Whipped Cream: Gently fold the whipped heavy cream into the mango mixture until well combined.
  • Pour into Crust: Transfer the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Chill to Set: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  • Decorate and Serve: Before serving, top with fresh mango slices and mint leaves, if desired. Enjoy chilled.

Notes

For a tropical twist, consider adding a hint of lime juice to the mango mixture. This cheesecake can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
