Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a small bowl, mix ingredients for dressing, refrigerate until ready to serve.
For nuts, sauté sliced pecans in 2 tablespoons sugar on medium heat, until browned.
Chop lettuce and place in a large bowl. Add chopped green onions, diced celery, and drained mandarin oranges.
Top with sugared pecans and drizzle with prepared dressing just before serving.
Notes
This salad is best served fresh. Feel free to add grilled chicken for a protein boost.
