Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the cornbread and biscuit crumbs.
Add the chopped celery and onions. Mix to distribute evenly.
Sprinkle in the dried sage and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Pour the chicken broth over the mixture and stir until combined.
Stir in the melted butter and beaten eggs until everything is moistened.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
