Low Carb Game Day Snacks: Jalapeño Popper Dip

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
- 3 fresh jalapeños seeded and finely chopped
- 2 green onions thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
- 4 ounces bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated
Instructions
Heat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish.
Stir the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Fold in the cheddar, Monterey Jack, jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and three-quarters of the bacon.
Spread the mixture in the baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan and the remaining bacon.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until bubbling at the edges and lightly golden on top.
Rest for 5 minutes before serving warm with low-carb vegetables or pork rinds.
