This delicious low-carb bacon cheeseburger casserole is perfect for satisfying your burger cravings without the bun!

  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 large eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain the excess fat.
  • Add crumbled bacon and half of the shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, eggs, salt, and pepper. Pour over the beef mixture.
  • Transfer the beef mixture to a casserole dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
