Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain the excess fat.
Add crumbled bacon and half of the shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet. Stir to combine.
In a bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, eggs, salt, and pepper. Pour over the beef mixture.
Transfer the beef mixture to a casserole dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
