Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a bowl, toss the chicken with olive oil and 2 tablespoons of lemon pepper seasoning until evenly coated.
Heat a deep skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side. Add butter in the last minute to glaze the chicken.
Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. Add more butter, then sauté garlic for 1 minute till fragrant.
Pour wine into the skillet, reduce slightly, and stir in lemon juice, zest, chicken stock, half-and-half, and remaining spices.
Add linguine to the sauce, cook until al dente, stirring frequently. Stir in Parmesan and serve topped with chicken.
Notes
Ensure to not overcrowd the chicken during cooking. For a creamier sauce, adjust the amount of half-and-half as needed.
