Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium heat. Once heated, place the chicken breasts on the grill.
Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and add any remaining marinade. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve drizzled with the garlic butter sauce.

Allowing the chicken to rest after grilling helps maintain its juiciness.
