  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 1 cup Heavy cream cold
  • 1 package Graham crackers crushed

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Add lemon juice and zest. Mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Layer graham cracker crumbs and cream cheese mixture in individual serving dishes.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
