Leftover Ham Casserole

A comforting and easy casserole made with leftover ham, potatoes, and cheese.

  • 3 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes and cook until tender.
  • Stir in ham, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish. Top with cheese.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
