Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot, cook until onion is soft.
Pour in beef broth and crushed tomatoes. Stir in Italian seasoning and bring to a boil.
Add lasagna noodles to the pot. Reduce heat and simmer until noodles are tender, about 10 minutes.
Serve the soup hot, topped with mozzarella and a dollop of ricotta cheese.
