Instructions
Preparation Steps
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20-30 minutes, or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
This sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. For a thicker sauce, simmer for a longer period of time.
