Preparation Steps

• In a small bowl, sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup of cold water. Let it sit for 1-2 minutes to bloom.
• Pour 1 cup of boiling water into the bowl with the bloomed gelatin. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
• Add the vodka and fruit juice to the gelatin mixture. Stir well to combine. Add food coloring or flavoring if desired.
• Pour the mixture into silicone shot molds or small cups. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
• Once set, remove from molds or cut around edges of cups to release. Serve chilled.
