Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the cheddar cheese and jalapenos to the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
Pour in the milk and melted butter, and stir until a dough forms.
Drop large spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
