Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Roll out each sheet of puff pastry and evenly spread half the spinach mixture onto each sheet.
Roll up the puff pastry tightly and slice into 1-inch pieces.
Place the pinwheels on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
