  • 2 cups spinach leaves fresh, chopped
  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 sheets puff pastry thawed

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Roll out each sheet of puff pastry and evenly spread half the spinach mixture onto each sheet.
  • Roll up the puff pastry tightly and slice into 1-inch pieces.
  • Place the pinwheels on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These pinwheels can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving for best results.
