Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 6-7 minutes per side.
Remove chicken from skillet and let cool slightly. Slice each piece into slider-sized portions.
Arrange bottom half of slider buns on a baking sheet. Top with sliced chicken, bacon, a slice of cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
Drizzle ranch dressing over the top of each slider assembly. Place the top half of each bun.
