Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy and set aside.
Season salmon pieces with salt and pepper to taste.
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and cook salmon for 2 minutes on each side.
Lightly toast slider buns under a broiler.
Assemble sliders by spreading ranch dressing on each bun, adding a piece of salmon, a slice of provolone cheese, turkey bacon, arugula, and avocado.
Serve with lemon wedges.
