  • 1.5 lbs Salmon fillet Skin removed, cut into slider-sized pieces
  • 8 Slider buns Preferably brioche
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing Your favorite brand
  • 8 slices Turkey bacon Cooked until crispy
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese Cut to fit sliders
  • 2 cups Arugula Fresh
  • 1 Avocado Sliced
  • 1 Lemon Cut into wedges

Preparation Steps

  • Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy and set aside.
  • Season salmon pieces with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and cook salmon for 2 minutes on each side.
  • Lightly toast slider buns under a broiler.
  • Assemble sliders by spreading ranch dressing on each bun, adding a piece of salmon, a slice of provolone cheese, turkey bacon, arugula, and avocado.
  • Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Feel free to substitute the provolone with any cheese you prefer.
