  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract pure extract for better flavor
  • 1 cup crushed ice optional, for thickness

Preparation Steps

  • Place coconut milk, mango, cashew butter, chia seeds, and pineapple into a blender.
  • Add vanilla extract and blend on low, gradually increasing to high speed until smooth.
  • If desired, add crushed ice to the blender and blend until the mixture reaches your preferred consistency.
  • Taste and adjust flavors with additional mango or cashew butter, if needed. Serve immediately.

Notes
