Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Rinse and trim the baby carrots, leaving a bit of the green tops if desired for presentation.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, fresh thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the carrots and toss until well coated.
Spread the seasoned carrots in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
