Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a medium bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the barbecue sauce until well coated.
Lay a tortilla flat and spread a quarter of the mashed avocado over the surface.
Add a layer of shredded lettuce on top of the avocado spread.
Spoon the chicken mixture evenly over the lettuce, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese and red onion slices.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly. Slice in half and serve warm.
