  • 0.75 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 2 cups pizza toppings diced, like pepperoni, bell peppers, or olives
  • 4 cups marinara sauce for dipping, warm

Preparation Steps

  • In a bowl, mix 4 tablespoons of olive oil with garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and oregano. Reserve 1 tablespoon for topping later.
  • Coat a bundt pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. On a floured surface, roll out dough to 12x18 inches and cut into 1-inch cubes.
  • In a large bowl, toss dough cubes with mozzarella, Parmesan, and selected pizza toppings, adding the seasoned oil mixture.
  • Pour dough mix into pan, drizzle with reserved oil mixture. Let rest for 20 minutes to rise slightly.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden. Use foil if browning too fast.
  • Cool in pan for 10 minutes. If using a bundt pan, invert onto platter. Serve with marinara sauce.
