  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Add diced onion and sliced carrots to the pot. Sauté until onions are translucent and carrots are tender, about 5-7 minutes.

  • Pour in the vegetable broth, scraping the bottom of the pot to release any browned bits. Bring to a boil.
