  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 12 ounce chocolate wafer cookies divided for layers and topping

Preparation Steps

  • Whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk in a large mixing bowl until smooth and thickened. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
  • Slice the bananas and toss with lemon juice in a medium mixing bowl to prevent browning.
  • Fold the thawed whipped topping into the set pudding until fully combined.
  • Crush half of the chocolate wafer cookies. Fold the crushed cookies, marshmallows, and banana slices into the pudding mixture.
  • Transfer to a serving dish. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  • Before serving, stir gently and sprinkle remaining crushed cookies over the top.

Notes

For a fun twist, add chopped strawberries to the mix before chilling.
