  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped for garnish

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms and sauté until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
