  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground sage

Preparation Steps

  • Season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper.
  • Dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off excess.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and brown the chicken on both sides.
  • Remove the chicken and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, combine chicken stock, beef stock, heavy cream, and spices. Bring to a simmer.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for 20 minutes until cooked through.
  • Serve hot with mashed potatoes or rice.
