How to Make Savory Spinach and Cheese Croissants: 6 Easy Steps

  • 2 tubes refrigerated crescent roll dough 8 oz each
  • 4 cups fresh spinach roughly chopped
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese or cheese of choice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for sautéing
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the spinach and sauté until wilted. Sprinkle with garlic powder and mix well.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Place a spoonful of the spinach mixture and a little feta cheese on each triangle.
  • Starting at the wide end, roll each triangle tightly. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Try adding sun-dried tomatoes for an extra burst of flavor.
