Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the spinach and sauté until wilted. Sprinkle with garlic powder and mix well.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Place a spoonful of the spinach mixture and a little feta cheese on each triangle.
Starting at the wide end, roll each triangle tightly. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown.
Serve warm and enjoy!

Try adding sun-dried tomatoes for an extra burst of flavor.
