  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium preferred
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic about 2 cloves
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger freshly grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice freshly squeezed

Cooking Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and lime juice.
  • Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the sauce over the salmon, coating each piece well.
