Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the sauce over the salmon, coating each piece well.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
Serve warm, garnished with additional lime slices and fresh herbs if desired.
