Preparation Steps
Cut chicken thighs into even-sized pieces and season with herb seasoning mix.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken pieces until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, combine heavy cream, chicken broth, ranch dressing mix, and parmesan cheese.
Stir the sauce mixture until it begins to simmer and thicken about 5 minutes.
Return chicken to the skillet, covering them with the sauce. Reduce heat and let simmer for additional 10-15 minutes.
Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F before removing from heat.
