  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups grated Asiago cheese
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
