  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups chicken stock divided
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 ounces

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a large baking dish with non-stick spray.
  • Place the turkey wings into the dish. Add chopped red onion evenly over the wings.
  • In a bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. Rub over both sides of the wings.
  • Drizzle the wings with olive oil to enhance crispiness.
  • Add 1 cup of chicken stock to the dish. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour 30 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup with the remaining chicken stock until smooth.
  • Remove foil, pour soup mixture over wings, and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

This recipe is adaptable; try adding diced carrots or celery for extra flavor. Ensure soup and stock are gluten-free if needed.
