Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a large baking dish with non-stick spray.
Place the turkey wings into the dish. Add chopped red onion evenly over the wings.
In a bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. Rub over both sides of the wings.
Drizzle the wings with olive oil to enhance crispiness.
Add 1 cup of chicken stock to the dish. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour 30 minutes.
In a separate bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup with the remaining chicken stock until smooth.
Remove foil, pour soup mixture over wings, and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes until golden brown.
