  • 2 packets ranch dressing mix 1-ounce each
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded, divided
  • 1.5 cups cooked broccoli chopped
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup 10.5-ounce each

For the Topping

  • 3 cups cornflake cereal crushed
  • 0.5 cup butter melted

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish lightly with cooking spray or butter.
  • In a large bowl, mix together chicken, the ranch dressing mix, 1.5 cups of cheese, broccoli, sour cream, and mushroom soup.
  • Spoon the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining half cup of cheese on top.
  • In another bowl, combine crushed cornflakes with melted butter. Mix until evenly coated.
  • Spread the cornflake topping over the cheese. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden and the casserole is bubbling.
  • Let the casserole cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
