Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice cheese into squares approximately the size of the crackers.
Cut each bacon strip into 3 pieces, roughly fitting the size of the cracker.
Place crackers on work surface, top with a cheese slice, bacon piece, and a sprinkle of brown sugar and cayenne.
Arrange crackers on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 35-45 minutes, checking for a caramelized appearance.
