Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease a baking dish with non-stick spray.
Slice the sausages into 1-inch pieces and place them in the baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix barbecue sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and cayenne pepper. Pour over the sausage pieces and stir until coated.
Bake for about 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until the sauce is caramelized.
