In a bowl, combine apple cider, chicken broth, honey, garlic, applesauce, and dried sage.
Pour the apple cider mixture over the pork chops, then add the apple slices. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 10 minutes or until apples are tender.
Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
