  • 1.5 cups frozen raspberries use 1 cup if fresh
  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 0.5 cup orange juice adds sweetness
  • 0.5 cup instant oats for thickness
  • 2 scoops strawberry protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds for added fiber
  • 2 scoops vitamin supplement optional
  • 20 pieces ice cubes adjust for thickness

Preparation Steps

  • Grind the oats and chia seeds in your blender for a smoother texture.
  • Add the almond milk, frozen raspberries, frozen blackberries, orange juice, protein powder, and half the ice cubes to the blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
