Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
  • Add milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Beat with a mixer on medium speed until smooth.
  • Fold in the sliced peaches.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let the cake cool before serving.

Notes
