  • In a large bowl, mix the drained mango puree with the dry orange gelatin. Stir until the gelatin is fully dissolved and evenly mixed with the puree.
  • Fold in the mini marshmallows and diced mangos, ensuring an even distribution. Handle gently to avoid crushing the mango pieces.
  • Add the thawed whipped topping and carefully fold it into the mixture until creamy and smooth. Avoid overmixing to keep the light texture.
  • Transfer the dessert to a serving bowl. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to let it set to the perfect consistency.
  • Before serving, garnish with sliced almonds for an added crunch if desired.
