Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate over a pot of simmering water.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks and sugar until thick and pale. Fold in the melted chocolate.
Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold them into the chocolate mixture. Add the flour and mix gently.
Spread the batter evenly onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Once cooled, spread the whipped cream and vanilla mixture over the cake, roll it up, and cover with chocolate ganache.
Notes
To enhance the flavor, consider adding a splash of coffee liqueur to the filling.
