Preparation Steps
Cut the Brie into 24 equal cubes and freeze for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease the muffin tins.
Roll out each puff pastry sheet to a 10x14 inch rectangle and cut into 12 squares. Place each square into the muffin tin and prick the bottom with a fork.
Fill each pastry with a cube of frozen Brie, spoonful of cranberry sauce, and a sprinkle of salt and pecans. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Let cool slightly and garnish with rosemary before serving.
