- 4 cups Pink Cotton Candy plus more for garnish
- 4 cups Blue Cotton Candy plus more for garnish
- Corn Syrup

Preparation Steps
- Prepare the Shot Glasses by coating the rims with corn syrup using a small brush, then dip into rainbow sprinkles.
- In a medium bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in 2.5 cups boiling water.
- Mix in 1.25 cups of white rum into the strawberry mixture, if using.
- Add 4 cups of pink cotton candy and stir gently until dissolved.
- Fill each shot glass halfway with the pink gelatin mixture and refrigerate for 1 hour until set.
- In another medium bowl, dissolve tropical punch gelatin in remaining boiling water.
- Mix in the remaining white rum into the tropical punch mixture, if using.
- Add 4 cups of blue cotton candy and stir gently until dissolved.
- Add 2 cups of whipped cream into the blue mixture and whisk until smooth.
- Top each set pink layer with the blue mixture and refrigerate for another hour.
- Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a small piece of cotton candy just before serving.
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, simply replace rum with additional water. Ensure cotton candy is added just before serving for a delightful presentation.
