Hot Honey Pepperoni Ricotta Pizza

honey

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
In a bowl, mix ricotta with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Spread the ricotta evenly over the dough.
Layer with shredded mozzarella and sliced pepperoni.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Meanwhile, heat honey with red pepper flakes in a small saucepan for 1–2 minutes.
Drizzle the hot honey over the pizza once it's out of the oven.
Slice and serve hot.
Notes
Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes based on your heat preference. For a crispier crust, bake directly on a preheated pizza stone.
