Preparation Steps

  • Mix flour, baking powder, and cinnamon in a bowl. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, combine mashed bananas, egg, milk, honey, and melted butter. Whisk until combined.
  • Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.

Notes
