Honey Garlic Butter Shrimp and Broccoli

This delightful dish combines succulent shrimp with savory garlic butter, complimented by fresh broccoli.

  • 1.5 lbs shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter divided
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets fresh
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce low sodium

Preparation Steps

  • Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Remove shrimp and set aside. Add remaining butter, garlic, honey, and soy sauce to the pan.
  • Stir in broccoli and cook until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
  • Return shrimp to the pan and toss to coat. Serve immediately.

Notes

For an added touch, garnish with chopped parsley or sesame seeds before serving.
