A quick and easy side dish of sweet corn cooked in a rich honey butter sauce.

  • 4 cups Corn Fresh or frozen
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.125 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish

Preparation Steps

  • Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the corn to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender and slightly browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in the honey, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, until the honey is well combined and coats the corn.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

This corn is delicious served as a side dish with grilled chicken, fish, or steak.
