Honey Bacon Roasted Potatoes
Deliciously crispy roasted potatoes glazed with honey and infused with the rich flavor of bacon.

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes.
In a pan, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Drain and set aside.
Drizzle honey over the roasted potatoes and add bacon. Mix well and roast for another 15 minutes.
