Instructions
Preparation Steps
Boil the water and sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Remove from heat and stir in the instant coffee until completely mixed.
Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
Add vodka and vanilla extract to the cooled mixture and stir well.
Pour the Kahlua into bottles and store in a cool, dark place for at least 2-3 weeks before using.
Notes
Shake well before each use. Best served over ice or in cocktails.
