Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large mixing bowl, combine sausage, breadcrumbs, mozzarella, dill, paprika, coriander, salt, pepper, and 2 eggs. Mix thoroughly.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut each into three equal rectangles.
Divide the sausage mixture into portions and shape each into a log, placing them in the center of the pastry rectangles.
Wrap the pastry around the sausage logs, sealing the edges with a fork, and cut into smaller pieces.
Mix the remaining egg with water and brush over the rolls. Arrange on baking sheets.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients.
Serving
Cool the sausage rolls slightly and serve warm with the prepared sweet dipping sauce.
