  • 1 cup breadcrumbs seasoned
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 lb linguine pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can diced tomatoes drained
  • 1 teaspoon basil dried
  • 1 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 4 cloves garlic minced

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, and oregano.
  • Dredge the chicken slices in olive oil, then in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
  • Place the chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Meanwhile, cook the linguine pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.
  • In a large skillet, sauté the garlic in the remaining olive oil over medium heat until fragrant.
  • Add heavy cream and diced tomatoes to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and stir occasionally.
  • Drain the pasta and add it to the creamy sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  • Serve the pasta topped with the baked herb-crusted chicken. Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
