Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned.
Stir in the rice, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle 1 cup of cheddar cheese on top.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
Uncover, sprinkle with the remaining cheddar cheese, and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Notes
Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
